  • 78 g of oat flour
  • 46 g of unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 45 mL of maple syrup
  • 27 g of refined coconut oil, melted
  • 2 g of salt

Date Caramel:

  • 178 g of Medjool dates (pitted)
  • 30 mL of peanut butter
  • 30 mL of unsweetened soy milk
  • 5 mL of pure vanilla extract
  • 2 g of salt
  • 73 g of roasted unsalted peanuts

Chocolate Layer:

  • 150 g of dairy-free dark chocolate
  • 5 g of refined coconut oil
  • 27 g of roasted unsalted peanuts, chopped

How to Make Vegan Snickers Bars

Step 1: Prepare the Base
Start by lining a loaf pan (12×20 cm) with parchment paper. In a bowl, mix together all the base ingredients: oat flour, shredded coconut, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and salt. Once everything is well combined, transfer it to the loaf pan and press it down firmly with your hands to create an even layer. Place the pan in the freezer while you prepare the next step.

Step 2: Make the Date Caramel
Next, add all the caramel ingredients to a food processor: dates, peanut butter, soy milk, vanilla extract, salt, and roasted peanuts. Blend until everything is smooth and creamy. This caramel is the magic of the recipe. Pour the mixture over the base layer that’s been chilling in the freezer and spread it out evenly. Return the pan to the freezer while you prepare the chocolate layer.

Step 3: Prepare the Chocolate Layer
